The pure titanium "Screwball" Pivot Ball Cap Top has adjustable airflow and adjustable spin control depending on the angle the mouthpiece is set to. It spins a recommended 4mm pearl effortlessly. Vapor production is huge and smooth, this is my current favorite way to enjoy the pivot.
